Rest & Joy Fund Application


Welcome to the 2025 application form for Collective 365's Rest & Joy Fund. This fund is in partnership with the Mental Health Emergency Fund. The goal of this fund is to make prioritizing mental health, rest & joy accessible and approachable as possible to the Black & Brown community. This application will remain open until October 31, 2025.


To qualify for this funding, you MUST be: (1) a permanent resident of DC, MD or VA, (2) identify as a person of color and (3) at least 18 years old*.


We ask that you complete this application to the best of your ability. Please take time to carefully review our terms and conditions prior to submission. All applicants must agree to the terms and conditions to be eligible for funding.  


The Rest & Joy Fund selection process will be through random drawing, regardless of how you intend to use it. We trust that you will use the funds to enhance your mental health, rest and/or joy. 


If your application is selected, you will have the option of fund disbursement. Further information will be provided once you are approved. 


Please be sure you are providing accurate information. Applicants who are selected will be verified by the Rest & Joy Fund Advisory Board.


Please note:

*At this time, Collective 365's Rest & Joy Fund is available to permanent residents of MD, DC or VA who are 18 years or older only.

-The information on this form will strictly be used in connection with Collective 365. It will only be accessible to designated staff and volunteers.

-Completing this form does not guarantee immediate acceptance and/or access to funding.

-Please only apply once per calendar year.

-You will receive an email if selected to receive funding. Please check your spam folder.
