Volunteers can choose the level of commitment that best fits their schedule. You can join us for the full day (9:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or select one of the following shifts:

Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Set-Up & Vendor Assistance)

Shift 2: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Registration, Guest Services, Panel Support, Break & Resource Engagement)

Shift 3: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM (Activity Session Support, Raffle/Close-Out, Clean-Up)


Volunteers should be reliable, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about community service. Some roles require light lifting or public interaction. No experience needed—just a willingness to help!
