Volunteer to make phone calls

A Better Day Than Yesterday Initiative Program is committed to the reunification of families and strengthening the connection between children and their incarcerated parents. We are proud to impact lives of families and children with life-changing services such as parenting workshops, re-entry packages for returning citizens, and computer and credit literacy classes.

Volunteers assist us in making calls to program participants to inform them of upcoming programing that is available to them and complete surveys regarding client experience. This is a flexible position in which we are asking for 8 hours a week from volunteers between the hours of 10am-2pm Tuesday-Thursday. Volunteers would work with the outreach coordinator to set a schedule then come in at the times they have agreed to to make calls.

Must have access to a cell phone and feel comfortable talking with individuals on the phone
